We work hard to fill your last minute needs! To get your orders to you as quickly as possible, our cut off for shipping is Friday for the following ship week (Monday ship), and Wednesday at noon for orders to Canada.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is two weeks prior to the ship date.
What's your minimum order?
A minimum order is 2500 URC / 3500 for Canada. You may order your cuttings in multiples of 100. Orders below the minimum amount will be accepted, but are subject to handling fees to help offset the freight. Don’t forget – our pricing is freight included.
How much do you charge?
Our cuttings are sold exclusively through our horticultural broker network, so please contact the broker of your choice for current pricing. Many varieties are patent protected and have associated patent fees, royalties, and required tags. Your broker can also provide this information. Our pricing includes freight, boxing, and royalties.
How much does shipping cost?
Prices include freight costs.
What about tags?
Don’t forget to order tags! Tags can be ordered through your broker with your plant order. Tags ordered separately will be charged freight.
What if I'm not happy with my cuttings?
We strive to exceed your expectations and are proud to have a less-than 1% claim ratio.

If you do experience a problem with our cuttings we will do everything we can to make it right. Claims can be submitted through your broker within 72 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by images of damaged product.
